Touch of Taste Vegetable stock gets its deep and strong flavor from roots and herbs. Vegetable stock is a versatile flavoring agent for all cooking – even baking. It is as necessary in the kitchen as salt and pepper. Fondi adds flavor to vegetable stews, stews, ratatouille (French vegetable stew) and various vegetable side dishes and woks.
