Deliveries


When delivering outside of Finland, there are as many as six different transport options to choose from, depending on the country: DHL Express or Economy , FedEx Priority or Economy , UPS Standard, GLS Finland and PostNord. We always include a sales invoice with the necessary customs tariffs in all packages outside the EU area. Customs fees are not included in the product prices, so please check your country's customs practices before ordering.

As the delivery address of the package, you should choose an address from which the recipient can be reached during office hours on weekdays. If there are delays or other problems with package delivery, please contact our customer service half. We will send the tracking code by e-mail when the order has been completed.

WE RECOMMEND DHL EXPRESS OR FEDEX PRIORITY FOR SHIPMENTS WITH FRESH BAKERY PRODUCTS! This way we can make sure that the breads arrive on time.

Shipment tracking

When the order is ready, the customer will be sent an email with the shipment tracking code and a link to track it. If the tracking code does not work or the email did not arrive, contact customer service.

Shipping costs

Shipping is priced according to the transport option you choose, address and weight or volume weight (1 m3 = 250 kg). Packages are always priced for the starting kilo. Products with a large volume weight are, for example, products that are light but take up a lot of space and packaging material, such as; crisps, dried breads, flakes, dishes, glassware and some seasonal products such as Christmas lights and straw decorations. The material in which the product is packed also affects its weight. For example, a product containing 400g of jam weighs 714g when weighed with glass jars. In addition to this, the product needs packaging material around it to arrive intact, which also contributes to the product's weight.

You can see the delivery methods and costs at checkout. When you have put the desired products in the shopping cart, press the "checkout" button, and you will be taken to the shopping cart page. At the bottom of the page put in your address details under "get shipping estimate". The website will calculate the delivery methods and costs according to your address.

When selling and transporting products outside the EU countries, the recipient of the product is responsible for local taxes, customs duties and other comparable costs.

Delivery times

The order delivery time consists of two parts; order processing time and shipping time. The order processing time may vary depending on the availability of the products included in the order, but as a general rule we aim to send the orders within 1-3 business days of receiving the order. The shipping time depends on the shipping option and the destination country. There may be big differences in the estimate of the same delivery method - a good rule of thumb is that the closer you live to Finland, the faster the package will be delivered. Estimates of transport times can be found below in the information for each transport option. (possible customs processing is not included in the transport time estimate!)

Post EMS (Thailand)

If the recipient is not at home, we will primarily try to reach the recipient by phone. If the recipient cannot be reached by phone, an arrival notification is left on the package. UPS

United Parcel Service, Inc. is the world's largest courier company. UPS delivers with Standard delivery all over Europe. UPS differs from other courier services in that the drivers do not have work phones with them. This means that they mainly communicate via email or package tracking. Please remember to track the order at regular intervals via the tracking link sent to your email!

Postnord is the leading package supplier in the Nordic countries.

Postnord offers a comprehensive network of pick-up points in the Nordic countries and is thus perfectly suited for e-commerce shipments. Postnord's selection of pick-up points includes up to 14,000 pick-up points, more than 2,000 pick-up points in Finland, of which there are 700 parcel machines. – The MyPack service is also excellent for domestic shipments.

PostNord MyPack Collect

Eligible countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Spain, Sweden, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Estonia.

Delivery time
The shipment usually arrives at the pick-up point chosen by the recipient within 1–2 working days in Finland, 2–4 in the Nordic countries and 2–6 working days in Europe. There are regional differences in delivery times.

Arrival notification
The recipient receives a notification via text message, e-mail or mobile application when the shipment is available for collection. In the Nordic countries, the arrival notification can also be sent to the recipient by letter. This service is charged separately. With the help of the application, you can follow the progress of the package all the way.

Packages are stored at pick-up points for at least 7 days (storage time varies by country). The arrival notification always contains information about the last collection date. If the customer does not pick up the package, it will be returned to the sender and the shipping and return costs will be deducted from any refunds.
