Returns, claims and order cancellation
According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, the consumer has the right to cancel his order by notifying our customer service within fourteen (14) days of receiving the order.
If the garment you ordered is the wrong size, we can exchange the garment if the new size is in stock. Suomikauppa will refund the price of the returned garment when the returned garment arrives at the warehouse. The Customer is responsible for the return delivery costs.
Conditions of return:
- the order has been canceled in accordance with the terms of sale by notifying the Service Provider within 14 days of receiving the product at the latest
-product is unused and the seal of CDs and DVDs is unopened
-the product is in the condition in which the buyer received it and all parts belonging to the product are stored
- the product is packed in its original packaging or in a similar way
The product must be returned immediately after canceling the order. When returning products, the Customer is responsible for the transport risk and the costs incurred by the return. In Finland, the product can be returned from Posti offices as a customer return by addressing the return to Suomikauppa.fi / Lako Trade Oy.
Fresh products cannot be returned, and they will not be replaced if the product has arrived within the promised delivery time estimate. The customer is responsible for ordering fresh products using the recommended delivery methods. The supplier is not responsible for indirect damage to fresh products caused by an incorrectly chosen delivery method.
Defective or damaged product in transit
A defective or damaged product must be reported to our customer service immediately, but no later than 24 hours after receiving the product. Suomikauppa.fi primarily replaces a defective or damaged product by refunding it. On a case-by-case basis, Suomikauppa.fi can also send a new product to replace the defective one.
The defect of the product or the damage suffered by it must be defined and documented in an appropriate manner. A defective or damaged product must be sent to Suomikauppa for inspection. Suomikauppa.fi will not deliver a new product or refund the price of the product until the fault or damage has been verified.
