4. Purpose of personal data processing
The purpose of the register is to maintain the Service's customer register, as well as to archive and process customer orders and manage the customer relationship. The information can be used to develop the operation of the Service, for statistical purposes and to produce more personalized targeted content in our online services. Personal data is processed within the limits permitted and required by the Personal Data Act.
The information in the register can be used in the Service's own registers to target advertising without disclosing personal information to external parties. The service may use partners to maintain the customer and service relationship. Some of the register data may be transferred to the partners' servers due to technical requirements. Information is processed only to maintain the customer relationship of the Service through technical interfaces.
The service has the right to publish the information contained in the customer register as an electronic or written list, unless the customer specifically forbids it. The list refers to e.g. mailing labels for direct advertisements. The customer has the right to prohibit the publication of information by notifying the Service's customer service by e-mail email@example.com or to the registrar.
Data retention period
Personal data is stored as long as it is needed to implement the contract with the customer or to develop customer service.
5. Data content of the register
The register contains information about customers according to the following grouping:
- Personal data (name, gender and date of birth)
- Contact information (address, phone number and email address)
- Permission information (consent to sending newsletters and offers)
- Order history (customer's purchase transaction information)
6. Statutory data sources of the register
The data source is the information collected from the Customer when registering as a customer of the Service and during the duration of the customer relationship, as well as the purchase transactions made by the customer in the Service. Data is also collected using the Google Analytics analytics tool.
7. Regular disclosures of information
The registrar does not hand over the customers' personal data to outside parties. Data is not transferred outside the EU or the European Economic Area.
8. Deletion of data
Data can be deleted at the Customer's request or due to the end of the customer relationship. In addition, data may have to be deleted as a result of monitoring, if the customer misuses the service or engages in criminal activities using the service, etc.
9. Register protection principles
Personal information is kept confidential. The service provider's information network and the hardware on which the register is located are protected with a firewall and other technical measures such as encryption, taking into account the costs caused by the measures.
10. Right of prohibition
The customer has the right to deny the use of his data for direct marketing.
