Santa Maria Powdered gelatin 600g
Soak gelatin powder in cold water; 27 g gelatin powder / 2 dl water in a pot for approx. 5 min. Heat the mixture while stirring until the gelatin powder dissolves. Do not boil. Mix the solution with the food to be frozen. Let it set for approx. 4 hours in a cool place.
Dosage: soft jellies 27 g (40 ml) / 1 l of liquid, cutable jellies 40 g (60 ml) / 1 l of liquid.
1 tablespoon of gelatin powder corresponds to 4 gelatin leaves.
