Discount code not working?

Many have had problems using their discount codes during checkout. Here are detailed instructions on how to put in your code.

1. Go to the shopping cart page, and go onto checkout.

2. If you are on desktop, on the checkout page you will be able to fill in address details on the left side, and on the right side there is a field for your discount code.

If you are using mobile, at the top of the checkout page is a small arrow and text reading "Show order summary". Click on the arrow and you will see the field for your discount code.

3. You do not need to press a separate button or links after putting in the discount code. Checkout will remember your code after it has been put in.

4. You can see the discount during at the last step of checkout, on the payment page. On the payment page there is also a separate field for gift cards. Please do not put your discount code in the gift card field, or vice versa. The codes are separate.
