Deliveries in Finland

Deliveries are handled through our partner Suomen Posti Oyj. There are two different delivery method options to choose from when delivering to Finland; Postal package and UPS home delivery .

Shipping costs

Shipping is priced according to the transport option you choose and the weight or volumetric weight (1 m3 = 250 kg). Packages are always priced for the starting kilo. Products with a large volume weight are, for example, products that are light but take up a lot of space and packaging material, such as; crisps, dried breads, flakes, dishes, glassware and some seasonal products such as Christmas lights and straw decorations. The material in which the product is packed also affects its weight. For example, a product containing 400g of jam weighs 714g when weighed with glass jars. In addition to this, the product needs packaging material around it to arrive intact, which also contributes to the product's weight.

Delivery times

The order delivery time consists of two parts; order processing time and shipping time. The order processing time may vary depending on the availability of the products included in the order, but as a general rule we aim to send the orders within 1-3 business days of receiving the order.

Postal package

The recipient can collect it from the post office within about 1-3 business days. The densest distribution network in the country guarantees that the customer can conveniently receive his package at a familiar location. Delivery days are from Monday to Friday, storage time at the post office is 2 full calendar weeks if the recipient cannot be reached.

UPS Home delivery

Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days. UPS delivers your package to your door! When placing an order, please choose a delivery address from which you can be reached during office hours on weekdays.
