Elovena 175g gut friendly rye, plum & laxseed instant oatmeal

Elovena Gut friendly Instant Oatmeal combines the health effects of rye fiber with the gentle taste of oats, the softness of plums and the crunchiness of flax seeds. One sachet of Gut friendly porridge contains up to 20% of the recommended daily fiber intake. The high-fiber porridge contains both stomach-friendly oat fiber and rye fiber, which supports the well-being of the stomach by contributing to normal bowel function. Despite the delicious taste of the porridge, one serving contains less than a teaspoon of sugar. The product is made in Finland from Finnish oats and has the Produce of Finland label. The Heart Symbol awarded to the product means that it is a healthier choice in its own product group. Portion-packed Instant Oatmeal is an easy and quick breakfast, light lunch, snack or evening snack: just add hot water and the porridge is ready to eat.
