Use PörröVeks only on textile surfaces.

Do not use the product directly on an animal’s fur or skin!
Wash only when necessary and when visibly dirty:

Rinse by hand in lukewarm water

Use a mild detergent that does not clog the fibers or leave a coating on them, so the hair removal performance is not affected (for example, this one suitable for microfiber)

Gently brush the working surface with, for example, a nail brush if a large amount of hair and dirt has accumulated on it

Do not twist or wring forcefully

Finally, squeeze out the excess water and leave to air-dry

LIFESPAN?

PörröVeks removes loose hair from textiles using a friction-based method in which one textile surface is rubbed against another. Because of how it works, the product is naturally subjected to mechanical stress during use and is, by nature, a consumable tool.

Its lifespan depends on how it is used, the materials being treated, and the intensity of use. In normal household use, PörröVeks typically lasts for several dozen uses. However, coarse textiles, vigorous rubbing, or a very large amount of hair may accelerate wear.

For the longest lifespan, use PörröVeks with very light, calm strokes along the textile surface. Excessive force or rapid back-and-forth rubbing does not improve hair removal but may wear the product out unnecessarily quickly. For example, the seams may come undone very quickly. Gentle use produces the best results and helps extend the product’s lifespan.

PörröVeks is handmade, so individual products may have minor finishing differences, such as loose thread ends. These do not affect the product’s function or use.

With use, wear may appear, for example, on the fabric surface or seams, which is normal for a product of this type that works through friction. If the product breaks quickly, too much force has been used.
