Puikula Thin rye is a perfectly thin, wonderfully rye-flavored, and pleasantly chewy whole grain rye bread that brings a new freshness and a slightly softer texture to thin rye breads. The new product is tummy-friendly* and suitable for a FODMAP diet and for many with sensitive stomachs. Fazer's patented LOFO enzymes have reduced the bread's FODMAP carbohydrates by 50% compared to similar rye bread pieces. FODMAP 0.5 g/100 g. The bread is baked in Finland from 100% domestic grain and is high in fiber.
