Ingredients
whole grain RYE flour, water, WHEAT FLOUR, crushed RYE MALT, WHEAT GLUTEN, BARLEY and RYE MALT EXTRACT, yeast, iodized salt, RYE MALT. Whole grain rye makes up 45% of the bread and 75% of the bread’s grain content.
