Shipping destinations
Suomikauppa.fi delivers to almost every country worldwide through trusted shipping partners. Available shipping methods may vary depending on the destination country, shipment size, weight and contents.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of receipt. Processing times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays or other exceptional circumstances.
Orders containing fresh bakery products are processed according to a separate shipping schedule to ensure the products arrive as fresh as possible. Orders placed by Thursday at 12:00 (EET) are dispatched on the following Monday. You can view the current shipping schedule here. The estimated delivery date is also shown in your order confirmation.
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email, together with a tracking link or tracking number.
Delivery times
Delivery time consists of the order processing time and the transit time. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Any time required for customs clearance is not included in the estimated delivery times.

We offer several shipping options depending on the destination country. Available shipping methods and prices are displayed at checkout based on the delivery address.

Fresh products
For orders containing fresh bakery products, we recommend selecting DHL Express or FedEx Priority to ensure the products arrive as quickly as possible and in the best possible condition.
If you choose a shipping method other than the recommended option for fresh products, Suomikauppa.fi is not responsible for any deterioration in product quality during transit.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method, destination country and either the actual weight or the volumetric weight of the shipment. Volumetric weight is calculated using the ratio 1 m³ = 250 kg.
Products with a high volumetric weight include, for example, crisps, dried breads, cereal flakes, tableware and glass products. Packaging materials also affect the total shipment weight.
Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart and at checkout before the order is confirmed.
Free shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over €150.00 to the following countries:
Sweden, Ireland, Greece, Romania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Estonia, Slovenia, the Netherlands, France, Belgium, Lithuania, Italy, Denmark, Austria, Spain, the Czech Republic, Poland, Latvia, Norway and Germany.
Free shipping is not available for special or remote regions within these countries.
Customs duties and taxes
European Union
Orders delivered within the European Union include the applicable VAT. No customs duties apply to shipments within the EU, and you will not be charged any additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.
United States
For orders shipped to the United States, any applicable customs duties are calculated and displayed as a separate line at checkout before the order is confirmed. Customs clearance and the payment of these duties are handled on your behalf.
Other countries outside the European Union
For all other destinations outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for any applicable local taxes, customs duties, import charges and other fees imposed by local authorities.
It is also your responsibility to ensure, before placing an order, that the contents of your shipment comply with all applicable import restrictions and other legal requirements in the destination country.
Shipping Protection
You may add Shipping Protection to your order at checkout. Shipping Protection is an optional service provided by Suomikauppa.fi that offers an extended compensation policy for certain issues that may occur during transit, in accordance with the Shipping Protection Terms.
Shipping Protection may cover, for example, shipments that are lost or damaged during transit and, in certain circumstances, delivery delays. The scope of coverage, eligibility for compensation, limitations and all other terms are governed by the Shipping Protection Terms in force at the time.
Delivery issues
If your shipment is delayed, damaged or lost during transit, please contact our customer service without undue delay.
If a shipment is returned to Suomikauppa.fi because it was not collected, the recipient could not be reached or incorrect delivery details were provided, we reserve the right to deduct the actual shipping, return and handling costs from any refund due.
