Inupekt Forte is the first natural prebiotic developed for animals, which maintains a healthy gut bacterial flora and provides vitality to beneficial gut bacteria. The active ingredients of Inupekt Forte are inulin, pectin, and beta-glucan. They complement each other's effects in maintaining normal gut function and health. Diarrhea
Diarrhea is the most common and troublesome symptom of intestinal disorders. Everyone has surely experienced the discomfort and inconvenience of diarrhea. We can easily understand the distress of our pets when intestinal disorders lead to diarrhea. Diarrhea is actually a defense mechanism of the body against intestinal disorders. Irritation of the mucous membrane causes fluids and salts to be secreted into the intestine. Intestinal motility, i.e., peristalsis, accelerates. This leads to an increased urge to defecate. Inulin is nature's way of storing energy in an almost calorie-free form (only 1 kcal/g), which only the body's beneficial bacteria (helper bacteria) can utilize. Chemically, inulin is a fructose polymer (FOS or fructooligosaccharide). Inulin promotes the growth of beneficial Bifido-bacteria in the gut and cleanses the gut by reducing harmful intestinal bacteria, thus leading to a healthier gut bacterial flora. Inulin also has a beneficial effect on the HDL and LDL ratio of blood cholesterol, as well as blood pressure. In addition, inulin is also excellent for diabetics.
