We deliver shipments containing fresh bread on Monday of each week, so that the bread does not stay in customs or mail distribution centers over the weekend.

Place your order before 12 noon on Thursday, and the order containing fresh products will be delivered the following Monday. Orders received after this will be delivered on Monday of the following week.

We recommend ordering the fresh products as DHL EXPRESS or FEDEX PRIORITY shipment, in which case the delivery times are not too long in terms of the products' shelf life. You can find the delivery times on the deliveries page .

We send the products as fresh as we receive them, usually baked the same day! The BEST BEFORE/LAST SELL DATE (not the same as the use by date) is about three days after the baking date.

whole wheat semolina and flour (36%), water, wheat flour, potato flakes, rye malt, wheat gluten, yeast and salt (1.2%). 66% of the grain in the bread is rye.
