Description
Our great vegetarian fond gets its clear and wonderful taste from yellow chanterelle. The chanterelle fond lifts taste of sauces, soups and casseroles with its taste of "the gold of the forest". Excellent for risottos and various pasta dishes.

Water, salt, aroma (including leeks, parsley), white wine, chanterelle, tomato puree, modified potato starch, apple juice concentrate, acid: lactic acid, shallot concentrate, carrot concentrate, preservatives: potassium sorbate, sunflower oil. Salinity in diluted fund is 0.66%.
