GINGERBAR CAKE SPICE
Dosage: 1 tablespoon gingerbread spice / 2 dl flour.
Gingerbread recipe
Gingerbread: 2 dl syrup, 2 dl sugar or brown sugar, 1 tsp Santa Maria gingerbread spice, 250 g butter or margarine, 2 eggs, 8-10 dl wheat flour, 2 tsp Santa Maria baking soda.
Boil the syrup, sugar and spice mixture. Mix in the fat. Cool the mixture. Add the eggs and the flour-soda mixture. Let the dough harden in a cool place, preferably until the next day. Bake gingerbread cookies from the dough. Bake at 200 degrees for about 7-10 minutes.
Dosage: 1 tablespoon gingerbread spice / 2 dl flour.
Ingredients: cinnamon, ginger, cloves, cardamom.
