Water resistant SAGA butter paper is at its best for marinating, engraving, spreading and protecting meat and fish. Butter paper can also be used as a wrapper for snacks and can be used to protect the cutting board when handling strong-smelling or coloring ingredients. Butter paper is not suitable for baking, as it does not have a non-stick surface like baking paper.
