Reissumies Gluten-Free is a round portion bread that has a suitably soft texture, but a characteristic taste. Reissumies Gluten-Free is baked with a genuine sourdough. The main ingredient is domestic buckwheat. Baked in a gluten-free bakery in Lahti.
