The especially moisture-resistant SAGA Butter Paper is best used for marinating meat and fish, curing, spreading, and protecting. Butter paper can also be used as a wrap for packed meals and to protect the cutting board when handling strongly scented or staining ingredients. Butter paper is not suitable for baking, as it does not have a non-stick surface like baking paper.
