Pansalt is a mineral salt and it contains more than 40% less sodium chloride than regular salt. Some of the sodium has been replaced by other minerals - potassium and magnesium. Reducing the consumption of sodium in the diet contributes to maintaining normal blood pressure. The amount of iodine is the same as in ordinary salt: 2,5 mg/100 g.
