Uotilan Aito Pälkäneen Perunalimppu 450g, potatoe loaf

High in fibre, Uotilan Potato loaf is a safe bet for anyone who wants to enjoy delicious, pure and traditional bread. The secret to its taste is in the sour malting process that requires both time and effort. To bake the true traditional bread from Häme, we use plenty of Pietilä potatoes from Hattula, which make the bread scrumptiously moist. Baked in Finland without additives or preservatives.

Ingredients
whole grain RYE flour, water, WHEAT FLOUR (ash content 1,2 %), syrup, potato (3,5 %), RYE malt, yeast, iodized salt. BAKED IN A PRODUCT LINE, WHERE ALSO IS PROCESSED OTHER CEREALS. 73 % of the grain used in baking is whole grain rye.
