Oululainen Reissumies Really Dark 8pcs 560g, wholegrain rye bread

Reissumies Really Dark is truly unique rye bread, it is full of flavour. Its dark but soft flavour is smoky and malty, and the poppy seeds on top add a pleasant extra flavour. The bread is great on its own with butter, but try also toast it!

Ingredients
whole grain RYE flour and grain of RYE  (36 %), water, WHEAT flour, syrup, WHEAT gluten, RYE BRAN, poppy seed, BARLEY and RYE malt, iodized salt, yeast, flavouring. Rye 42 % from bread. 63 % of the grain in bread is wholegrain and 72 % rye. Baked with sourdough.
