Marimekko Vilja Mini Unikko cosmetic bag, red, white

The Vilja cosmetic bag, made of cotton, features the Mini Unikko pattern. The fabric, printed in Helsinki, has a dirt-repellent treatment. The bag closes with a zipper, has a nylon lining, and includes two internal pockets and brush holders.

Marimekko's famous Unikko pattern was created in 1964, a time when the design house's collections primarily featured abstract motifs. Designer Maija Isola wanted to create something interesting from this organic theme and designed an entire series of floral prints. Today, the iconic flower symbolizes creativity.
