Return and cancellation

Returns, Complaints, and Order Cancellation

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product within 14 days of receiving it. The product to be returned must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How to make a return:

  1. Contact our customer service before returning the product to receive return instructions.

  2. Carefully pack the product in its original packaging.

  3. Send the return according to the instructions you received.

  4. We will process the return as quickly as possible and refund the payment using the original payment method.

Return shipping costs:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.

Complaints
If the product you received is defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Complaints are handled on a case-by-case basis, and we offer either a replacement product or a refund as a solution. Go to the complaint form.

Fresh products

Fresh products cannot be returned or refunded if the product has arrived within the promised delivery time estimate. The customer is responsible for ordering fresh products using the recommended delivery methods. The supplier is not responsible for indirect damage to fresh products caused by choosing an incorrect delivery method.


14-day cancellation right in the European Union
Log in with the same email address you used to place the order here. Unless the above conditions prevent it, you can cancel or return orders sent to the European Union within 14 days for any reason and without explanation. Such a return requires that the product is in the same condition as when received, has not been used or turned on, its tags have not been removed, and that it is in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.


You can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. If you want to cancel your order, contact our customer service immediately. If the order has already been shipped, you can return it according to the return instructions above.

Shipping insurance
It is possible to purchase separate insurance for all shipments against possible transport damage or other errors. If you notice that the packaging has been damaged during transport:

  1. Make a damage report immediately at the pickup point or to the delivery driver upon delivery.

  2. Take photos of the damaged package and product.

  3. Contact our customer service attaching the photos and your order number.

We will refund or replace damaged products on a case-by-case basis as quickly as possible.
