Using crystals gives the sauna a fresh menthol scent and throwing the sauna gives the skin a unique feeling of coolness. A cool, but harmless bite. The crystals create an amazing fresh menthol scent that opens even the most congested nose. Please note before use: Use carefully, start with a small amount, e.g. with one small 0.5 cm crystal. Do not put the crystals in cool sauna water, as the crystal does not dissolve in cool water. When it comes into contact with the skin, it causes a special cold sensation and also increases blood circulation in the area in question. This does not pose a danger to the skin, the sensation disappears after a while. Be especially careful not to rub your eyes! Not directly on the electric heater's heating elements - the crystal may catch fire! Store the crystals in a closed package at room temperature, do not store in the sauna, so that the crystals do not melt in the package (melting point approx. 41°C). Keep out of reach of children. Instructions for use: Carefully place the crystal on a sauna stone or in a sauna bucket (warm water) when taking a sauna. For a milder menthol scent, place the crystal in a sauna bucket filled with water. The crystals are made from mint oil (mentha arvensis), so they are strong and very effective; a small crumb gives a fresh menthol bath. An excellent product for flu season.
