Oululainen's Kaurakorppu has a mild oat taste and a crunchy texture. The completely additive-free crispy bread is also good for the heart, because the beta-glucan fiber (soluble fiber in oats) it contains helps control blood cholesterol. Oat crispy breads taste wonderful with, for example, bread cheese and cloudberry jam.
