Tracking your order
Registered customers can track their orders by using the order history option in the My account page.
The customer will also receive notifications of the order process by e-mail.
Tracking the delivery
After delivery some shipments can be tracked with the tracking service provided by Finnish postal service. In these cases the order clerk will send the customer a shipment code required to track the shipment.
