Leivinarkki is sized according to the most common oven trays used in Finland. The sheet packaging is easy to use: open the package at the end and use the innermost sheet - you can even use flour with your fingers! There are 24 baking sheets in the package.

A sheet of baking paper made from certified wood is safe to use. Paper is also biodegradable and compostable.
