Oululainen Ruislimppu 700g, rye bread

The Oululainen Ryeloaf has been baked with a genuine rye starter using freshly milled flour from our own mill in Lahti. Baked from Finnish grain in Lappeenranta, this loaf has a distinct rye flavour. The sliced bread is convenient for sharing with family or friends. It is exceptionally good with butter or paired with delicious toppings.

WHOLE GRAIN RYE FLOUR and CRUSHED RYE (45 %), water, WHEAT flour (ash content 1,2 %), RYE malt extract, iodized salt, WHEAT GLUTEN, yeast. 75 % of the grain used in baking is whole grain rye.
