Tip! Use the Muurikka grilling/smoking basket to help with smoking. The non-stick coating of the basket makes grilling and smoking easy. In the basket, you can easily grill even foods that usually don't drip on the grill grate, such as vegetables and shrimps, and e.g. fish or chicken skin doesn't stick to the basket as easily as it does to the grill grate!
