Dansukker Jelly Sugar Multi 370g


With Dansukker Gelatin Sugar Multi, you can prepare easy-to-gelat, cream-based desserts, such as cream puddings, mousses and soft tart fillings. A delicious panna cotta is also easily created with Hytelösokeri Multi (instructions on the package). The jelly created with jelly sugar Multi is soft and "spoonable". The product is not suitable for making jelly cakes that require a firmer structure and can be cut. Jelly sugar Multi is a 100% plant-based product. Its gelling agents are carrageenan and carob wood powder. The product is also suitable for cake glazes (use 1 dl Jelly Sugar Multi/1–1.5 dl water) and berry desserts (1 dl Jelly Sugar Multi/2 dl water), when you want a sweeter end result than with Dansukker Jelly Sugar. Not suitable for storage.
