Aarikka - Elf Tassel

"I'm Tonttu Tupsu, a good friend of Tonttu Vilu. When the frost hits, we wrap ourselves in a warm woolen scarf and pull our caps deep on our heads. We are separated by the large white tassel of my cap, which gently bends downwards."
