The oats is prepared from the core of the outer shell layers by steaming oat kernels and separating the bran.
It is the healthiest part of oats. Contains a lot of protein, minerals, vitamins and especially soluble fiber (beta-glucan).
Oat bran gives palatability and wholesomeness to porridges, pastries, desserts, loafs and vegetarian dishes. Good also with sour milk, yoghurt or with soup.
