Myllyn Paras four grain flakes are made from good quality rye, wheat, oats and barley grain, which is cut, peeled, steamed, stirred and flattened into flakes.
Instructions for use:
Four grain porridge, boil 1 liter of water or a sugar-sweetened juice. 4-5 dl is added to the four grain flakes and allow to cook for 5 minutes. Incubate under a cover for a moment. Porridge can be flavored with salt.
Whole grain rye, -wheat, oats, -barley.
May contain traces of other cereals.
