Sauce with plenty of vanilla is delicious with berry and fruit desserts, pies and dumplings. Thicker sauce is ideal for cakes and pastry fillings.
Sugar, modified potato starch, glucose syrup, skimmed milk powder, palm fat, flavor (contains lactose), egg yolk powder, whey powder (from milk), maltodextrin, cocoa butter (fully hydrogenated), lactose, salt, milk protein, the dye (beta carotene), emulsifiers (E 451, soya lecithin), vanilla powder.
1. Mix the contents of one bag in 4 dl of cold lactose-free milk.
2. Continue stirring until the sauce is smooth.
3. Allow the sauce to be in the refrigerate for at least 10 min. before serving.
