RECIPE FOR SWEDISH MEATBALLS (4 portions)
Mix together 2 whole eggs and content of one sachet of soup powder. Add for example black pepper, Touch of Taste fond, garlic, herbs, paprika powder or mustard if desired. Let stand for app. 10 mins. Mix properly with minced meat (400 g). Form to meat balls or burgers and steak on a pan or in the oven 200°C fpr 15-20 mins.
