Miss Klose BBQ Sauce Carolina Gold is our take on the mustard barbecue sauce loved by Americans. Mustard barbecue sauce originated in South Carolina, where it is a common seasoning for grilled pork and chicken. The sauce has a mild mustard taste and it is sweetish and slightly tangy. Our versatile sauce is suitable for grilling as well as as a mouthwatering dipping sauce for versatile use. It's a great flavour pairing especially with pulled pork, pork ribs, and wings. Try also with burgers, tacos, tortillas or grilled sausages. Finger licking good!
