Our great fond gets it fantastic taste from fish, a splash of white wine and some mild seasoning. The fish fond lifts taste on everything from a Bouillabaisse and other fish stews to creamy soups with seafood. In addition, it's also excellent for both hot and cold sauces.

Water, salt, white wine, COD POWDER 5.7%, modified potato starch, vegetable powder (carrot, parsnip, onion), acid: citric acid, flavorings, preservative: potassium sorbate. Salt diluted stock is 0.6%.
