Fazer Puikula Thin rye – much-awaited thin novelty from a favourite brand! Puikula Thin rye is a perfectly thin and pleasantly chewy whole grain bread, with a delicious rye taste. It brings a new experience of freshness and a slightly softer texture to thin rye breads. The novelty is stomach-friendly* and suitable as part of a FODMAP diet and for others with sensitive stomachs. The LOFO enzyme patented by Fazer has been used in the baking to reduce the FODMAP carbohydrate content by 50% compared to similar rye breads. 0.5 g of FODMAPs per 100 g. This bread is baked in Finland from 100% Finnish grain and it is high in fibre. A real sourdough completes the flavor. * Calcium promotes the normal activities of digestive enzymes as part of a healthy and diverse diet and a healthy lifestyle. A source of calcium, 120 mg of calcium per 100 g (15% of daily dietary reference intake).
