Baked in Lahti using a genuine sourdough starter and Finnish grain.

WHOLE GRAIN RYE FLOUR, CRUSHED RYE GRAIN and RYE BRAN (61 %), water, WHEAT flour, yeast, iodized sea salt, RYE malt extract. 86 % of the grain in bread is whole grain rye. Baked with sourdough.
