65% cotton, 35% cotton. This hand towel features the Unikko pattern.

The towel is made of terry cotton, containing 65% organic cotton and 35% recycled cotton. The recycled fibers come from a closed-loop production process, where textile waste generated during the manufacturing of Marimekko collections is used as raw material for new Marimekko products.

Unikko, symbolizing creativity, was born at a time when Marimekko's collections hardly featured any floral patterns. However, Maija Isola was inspired by the floral theme and decided to design a whole series of new kinds of floral patterns.
