The price of the insurance\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eThe price of transport insurance is €5.90, unless otherwise stated.\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e3. Validity of the insurance\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eThe insurance is valid for the duration of one (1) transport, starting with the delivery of the goods to the transport company and ending with the delivery of the goods to the recipient.\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e4. Compensation amount for late transportation\/delivery\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eThe insurance covers late delivery under the conditions below. In the case of delays, the estimated delivery date given by the transport companies is used as a condition.\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eEconomy and pick-up point services:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e1 day = 25% of the portion of the transport fee\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e2 days = 50% of the transport fee\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003emore than two (2) days = 100% of the portion of the transportation fee\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eExpress\/Priority services:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e1 day = 50% of the transport fee\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e2 days = 100% of the portion of the transport fee\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eThe maximum compensation amount of the insurance is €500.00\/shipment.\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e9. Damages Procedure\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eIn the event of damage, the policyholder must immediately notify the insurer of the damage and submit the necessary reports and documents in accordance with the insurer's order and contract terms.\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e12. Termination of insurance\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eThe insurance ends automatically at the end of the transport. The policyholder does not have the right to get the insurance premium back if the insurance is canceled before the end of the transport.\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e13. Other terms\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eThe insurance is only valid for deliveries of the goods mentioned in the insurance conditions, when the insurance is purchased before the order is sent.\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e14. Applicable law and dispute resolution\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eAny disputes are primarily resolved through negotiations, and if no solution is found, the disputes are handled in the courts of the insurer's domicile.
